1. Agreement
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Utah Pros Restoration, LLC ("Utah Pros," "we," "us," or "our"), including our website at utahrestorationpros.com, our communication platforms, and our restoration and mitigation services. By engaging our services or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
2. Services
Utah Pros Restoration provides water damage mitigation, mold remediation, fire and smoke restoration, content cleaning, pack-out services, and full reconstruction for residential and commercial properties in Utah. Services are performed in accordance with IICRC S500, IICRC S520, and applicable OSHA standards.
3. SMS / Text Messaging Terms
Utah Pros Restoration offers an SMS messaging program to communicate with customers about their restoration projects. By opting in to our text messaging program, you agree to the following:
Program Name: Utah Pros Restoration Project Updates
Description: You will receive text messages related to your restoration project, including scheduling confirmations, crew arrival notifications, project status updates, appointment reminders, photo upload links, documentation requests, and other service-related communications.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies depending on project status. You may receive multiple messages per week during active service periods.
Message and Data Rates: Msg & data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply to any messages you send or receive. Utah Pros does not charge any additional fees for text messages.
Opt-In: You may opt in to receive messages by signing a Work Authorization form with SMS consent disclosure, by verbally confirming consent during a phone call, or by texting a keyword (YES, OK, START, Y, or SUBSCRIBE) to our business number.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from Utah Pros. After opting out, you will receive one confirmation message and will no longer receive texts unless you re-subscribe. Opting out of text messages does not cancel any service agreements or ongoing restoration work.

Consent: Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Utah Pros Restoration.
Privacy: We will not sell, rent, or share your phone number or opt-in information with any third parties for marketing purposes. Your information is shared only with our messaging service provider for the purpose of delivering messages on our behalf. Supported Carriers: Our messaging program is compatible with all major U.S. mobile carriers.
4. Work Authorization and Consent
All restoration work is performed under a signed Work Authorization agreement. The Work Authorization outlines the scope of work, customer responsibilities, insurance assignment (if applicable), and consent to communications including SMS. By signing the Work Authorization, you authorize Utah Pros to begin work and to communicate with you via phone, email, and text message regarding your project.
5. Insurance Claims
When applicable, Utah Pros works directly with your insurance company on your behalf. We assist with documentation, estimates, and communication with your insurance adjuster. You are responsible for paying any deductible or amounts not covered by your insurance policy.
6. Payment Terms
Payment terms are outlined in your Work Authorization and/or invoice. Utah Pros accepts major credit cards, checks, and insurance payments. Amounts not paid within the agreed terms may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month as permitted under Utah Code §15-1-1.
7. Limitation of Liability
Utah Pros Restoration shall not be liable for damages beyond the scope of the contracted services. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, concealed damage discovered during work, or delays caused by insurance carriers, material suppliers, or circumstances beyond our control.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Utah Code §78B-11-101 et seq., conducted in Utah County, Utah. Both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before initiating arbitration.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
